Gilson Schwartz
Gilson Schwartz, professor at the Dept. of Film, Radio and TV, School of Communication and Arts, University of São Paulo, created the "City of Knowledge" research program, teaches "Iconomics" for undergraduate students at engineering, economics, business, communication and arts students at USP and is the Brazil coordinator of the PRO-IDEAL Consortium which promotes a dialogue on information and communication technologies between Europe and Latin America.

Frederico Meier is a electrical engineering student at theUniversity of the State of São Paulo - Brazil. His major area interest is telecommunications and he's been helping the brazillian team of Belief Project for a year now.

Cristy Burne Eleni Toli
Eleni Toli is working at the Department of Informatics and Telecommunications at the University of Athens. Her main focus is on international IST collaboration. She is a member of the Athens' BELIEF team.

Cristy Burne Edison Spina
Dr. Edison Spina is an assistant professor at The Computer Engineering Department at Escola Politécnica of the University of the State of São Paulo - Brazil. The System Engineering concepts applied to Socio-Technical Systems is now one of his focus interests. He is now the manager of the Brazilian team of the Belief Project.
